Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pariks24.com and any Pariks24 app or service made available by PARIKS TOV (“we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

2. The service

Pariks24 is a voice first assistant intended to help capture ideas and organize notes, tasks, reminders, and calendar plans. The website currently presents the product concept. App features described on the website may change and are not a promise that a feature is available today. Any paid plans, if introduced, will be explained separately before purchase.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in the recordings, text, notes, and other content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the right to submit content, including information about other people. Do not use Pariks24 to record someone without any consent required by applicable law.

4. AI output, tasks, and reminders

AI generated transcripts and suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpret dates, names, and instructions. Review important notes, tasks, calendar events, and reminders before relying on them. Pariks24 is an organizational aid and should not be your sole method for critical medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency reminders. The service is not an emergency response service.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; send malware; or use it to create unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict access if necessary to protect the service or others.

6. Third party services

Some features may depend on device permissions, calendar services, app stores, hosting, or AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as it develops. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that reminders and notifications will always arrive at a particular time. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error free operation. To the extent permitted by law, PARIKS TOV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence require otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
